You can select a job family or sub-function from a career continuum and view the associated jobs side-by-side and download a report.
To use the Career Ladders tool
- On the Analytics menu, click Career Ladders.
This displays the Career Ladders tab.
- Select a job family from the Select Career Ladder list.
Sub-functions of job families are commonly used, but the Career Ladder can be configured to use another job group if desired.
Or
a. Click More.
b. Select a job group and click Select and Close.
This populates the job group in the list.
- Click View-Side-By-Side to view the jobs side-by-side.
- Click x to close the screen.
- Click Download Career Ladder to download the report.
This displays the Confirm File Download message.
- Click Download File(s) to download the file.
- Open the file to view it.
To configure the Career Ladder
- Right-click Career Ladder, and Edit Node.
This displays the following screen:
- Set the properties in the SideBySide Node Properties section as shown:
- Select the JobSearchFIlterEnum property to group jobs based on the job family, sub-function, and so on.
- Click Save and Close.
