You can configure the Reports To field to populate the job description names, titles, or job codes of the reporting managers.
To configure the “Reports To” field
1. Edit the job description editor.
2. Click the Edit icon of the Reports To block.
This displays the following screen:
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. In the Data Source section, select the field that you want to populate in the Reports To field.
For example, select the job titles field if you wish to populate the job titles of the reporting managers. The Data Source section is available only for the TreeViewPopup blocks.
5. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the job template editor.
