You can import jobs from MarektPay in the system.
To import jobs from MarketPay
1. Click Job Management in the Quick Links section.
This displays the Job Management tab.
2. On the Import menu, click Import Jobs from MarketPay.
This displays the Import Job Record from MarketPay screen:
This screen contains the following elements:
- Toolbar – Contains action buttons
- Import Buttons – Contains import jobs options
- Search and Filter Options – Contains search and filter options, reload button to load jobs
- Left Pane – Displays the jobs in MarketPay
- Right Pane – Displays the imported jobs in the system
3. Select the following:
- Import All New Job Records – To import all jobs from MarketPay in the system
- Import Selected – To import the selected jobs in the system
4. Click Add.
This adds the selected jobs in the right panel.
If you wish to import all jobs, no need to add them to the right panel. Select the Import All New Job Records option and begin the import process.
5. Click Import Job Records.
This begins the import process and displays the View Workbook screen after completion.
It displays the list of job records imported into the system.
6. Click Close to close the screen.
You can view the imported jobs in the Job Management tab.
7. Use the search and filter options to search the imported jobs.
8. Click Market Pricing in the Quick Links section.
This displays the Market Pricing tab.
This tab displays the jobs imported from MarketPay.
