You can create a tagged text token to reference a field within a bullet list.
To create a bullet list token
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Click Export, and then select Export Jobs to Excel via Profile.
This displays the Export Jobs using Custom Profile screen:
3. Select the Jobs Defined in the Export Profile option.
4. Select a profile and click Run Profile.
This runs the export process and displays the following screen:
This screen is displaying only 3 columns.
5. Click x to close the screen.
6. Click the Edit Profile of the selected profile.
This displays the Edit Export Profile screen:
7. Click Define Columns to Export.
This displays the Edit Grid Columns screen:
8. Click Insert Columns, and then select Insert using Job Description Token Wizard.
This displays the Job Description Tagged Text Token wizard.
9. Select Bullet List Token and click Next.
This displays the Step 2: Bullet List Options tab.
10. Select the master template in the Select Master Template list.
11. Select the bullet list in the Select Bullet List list.
12. Select the object type in the Select the Object Type list.
13. Select the row number and row property as shown in the following figure:
This setting will return the value in the row specified in the Select the Row Number list.
14. Click Next.
This displays the Step 3: Optional Parameters tab:
15. Click Finish.
This adds the column in the Edit Grid Columns screen:
16. Click Save and Close.
17. Click Save and Close.
This adds the column in the selected export profile.
18. Click the Run Profile icon in the selected profile.
This runs the profile and displays the results with the new column:
19. Click x to close the screen.
20. Click x to close the Export Jobs Using Custom Profiles screen.
