You can add form fields in the grid (any building block in the master template with the exception of fields within bullet lists).
To create a Form Field in the column
1. Select Form Field in the Job Description Tagged Text Token Wizard.
2. Click Next.
This displays the Step 2: Select Form Field tab:
3. Select the master template in the Select Master Template list.
4. Select the form field for which you wish to create a token in the Select Form Field list.
5. Click Next.
This displays the Step 3. Optional Parameters tab.
6. Click Select Test Job Desc to test the token on a job.
This displays the Select Job Description screen:
7. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
8. Select the job and click Select Job Description and Close Form.
This displays the following message:
9. Click OK.
This displays the token result in the Resolved Value box as shown:
This test verifies that token retrives the expected value.
10. Click Finish.
This adds the column in the grid as shown in the following figure:
11. Click Save and Close.
12. Click Save and Close.
This adds the column in the job management grid.
