You can initiate job acknowledgments for the reporting employees from the My Employees node.
To initiate employee acknowledgments from the “My Employees” node
Managers or administrators can initiate job acknowledgments for the reporting employees.
- In the Quick Links section, click My Employees.
This displays your reporting employees as shown:
- Select the employee for whom you would like to initiate an acknowledgment.
- Click the Employee Applications in the JDX Applications sidebar.
If the JDX Applications tab in the right pane (sidebar) is not visible, set the IsApps_JDAckVisible property in the My Employee node to False.
This displays the right pane as shown:
- In the Application list, select JD Acknowledgements.
- In the Application Type (Cycle) list, select the required application cycle.
- Click Create New.
This displays the following dialog box:
- Click Create JD Acknowledgement.
The acknowledgment is initiated for the employee as shown:
