You can view a list of your direct and indirect reports, access their information, and initiate the revised workflow for their jobs. You can also view other employees with the same job roles as your reporting employees.
To view the My Employees tab
On the My Information menu, click My Employees.
Or
Click My Employees quick link.
This displays the My Employees tab.
The My Employees tab is divided into the following sections:
Search and Filter Options – Displays the search and filter options to search the desired employees
Toolbar – Displays the toolbar buttons (Org Chart, Export, Remainders, More)
Job Tasks Button – Displays buttons related to job tasks
Reporting Employees – Displays the list of employees reporting to you
Tree View – Displays the list of employees in tree view
Action Buttons – Displays action buttons (Employee Details, View Job, Share Job with Employee)

Click Org Chart to view the organization chart.
This displays the list of employees reporting to the manager.
Select another manager from the Select Manager list to see their direct reports.
Double-click an employee in the tree view to view their job description.
This displays the View Job Description screen:

To initiate the revised workflow of your reports' job
Select the reporting employee from the list.
On the Job Tasks menu, click Start Workflow.
You can turn on and off the Start Workflow option within the authorization settings of the My Employee node. Expand the Workflow node, and set the StartExpressWorkflow property to True or False.
This displays the following screen:
Follow the steps to initiate the revised workflow for this job.
To view the workflow details
You can view the workflow details (if the job of the reports' employee is in active workflow)
Select the reporting employee from the list.
On the Job Tasks menu, click Workflow Details.

To view other employees with the same job
Select the reporting employee from the list.
On the Job Tasks menu, click Employees in Job.
You can enable the Employees in Job option within the authorization settings of the My Employee node. Set the ViewAndAssignEmployeesScreen property to True.

This displays all employees within the organization who share the same job description name as your direct or indirect reports, even if they belong to different departments.
To export employee list and job description
Click Export, and then click Export Current List to Excel.
This displays the Confirm File Download dialog box:
Click Download File(s) to download the excel file.
Open the excel file and view it.
Select one or more employees in the grid.
Click Export, and then click Export Job(s) in Printable Formats (PDF, Word).
This displays the Export Job Descriptions To Printable Format dialog box:
In the Conversion Profile list, select the profile.
In the Output Format list, select the format.
Click Export.
This displays the Confirm File Download dialog box:
Click Download File(s) to download the PDF file.
Open the file to view it.
To view the employee details
Select the employee and click the following icon:
This displays the employee details in the View screen:

To view the job details
Select an employee from the list.
Click the following icon, and select View Job.
This displays the job details in the View Job Description screen:

Click the following icon, and click Preview Job.

Click the following icon, and click View Job as Employee.
This displays the job with all of the tabs and fields that would be visible to the employee:

This displays the preview of the job as the employee:
To view reminders
This tab displays the reminders sent by your reporting employees as their manager.
Click Reminders.
This link displays the reminder count.
This displays the View My Reminders screen:
Select the following check boxes:
Show Active Reminders – To show the active reminders
Show Dismissed Reminders – To show the dismissed reminders (if any)

To view the reminder details
Select the reminder and click the following icon to view the details.
Or
Double-click the reminder to view the details.
This displays the View Reminder screen:
Click the Event Details tab.
This displays the details of the event.
Click x to close the dialog box.
To dismiss a reminder
Click the following icon to dismiss the reminder.
This dismisses the reminder and changes the icon as follows:
Click x to close the screen.
This displays the updated reminder count as shown:
To share a job with an employee
Select an employee, and click the following icon:
This displays the Share Job screen:
