You can select the content sources to search the base job/bullet list while creating new jobs or content.
To view the Content Search screen
1. Navigate to the Search Content Library screen while adding a new job.

Or
Navigate to the Search for Bullet List screen while editing a bullet list.
For further steps, refer to the article, “Performing a Global Search in the Content Library."
2. Click Sources.
This displays the content sources in the Select Content Source(s) dialog box:
This screen displays an additional option of O*Net Jobs while opening the dialog box from the Search for screen.
The content sources options are configurable from the bullet list designer and ContentSearchOptions property.
Do not enable the ChatGPT content source for bullet list designers. Bullet list designers revise the content using the magic wand feature of AI. For further information, refer to the article “Revising the Content Using the Magic Wand."
3. Click Show Advanced Options.
This displays the advanced options as shown:
4. Select the content sources.
5. Select the maximum search count in the Maximum Search Count list for each content source.
6. Select the overall maximum search count in the Overall Search Max list.
The selected content sources are available for searching the base jobs.
7. Click Save and Close to save the settings and close the dialog box.
