The content library contains a database of several thousand jobs imported from various sources. These jobs can be used as base jobs or as suggestions for editing a job.
Content Sources
The content library includes jobs from the following sources:
- Company Jobs – JDXpert system database (active jobs)
- Sample Jobs – Jobs selected by our team
- Crowd-Sourced Jobs – Jobs from other JDXpert clients who have opted for content sharing
- Job Postings – Artificial intelligence processed job postings from various job sites such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Dice.
- O*Net Occupations – Jobs from the O*Net database
- Mercer Jobs – Mercer jobs
The Mercer jobs option is displayed only for Mercer clients. Mercer Jobs are also referred to as Client Content Jobs, and this name is configurable.
The content search feature searches only approved jobs within JDXpert (Company Jobs).
The Content Search option is available in the following building blocks:
- Summaries
- Essential Functions
- Education
- Experience
- KSAs
- Licenses/Certifications
- Physical demands/Working conditions
- Competencies
- Interview Questions
You can select a base job from the content library (while adding a job) or search for suggestions while editing a job.
