"Explore Acknowledgments" Node

You can search, filter, and view employee acknowledgments within this node and perform various tasks related to them. Unlike the Job Acknowledgments node, access to this node can be restricted to specific user roles.

To view the Explore Acknowledgments tab

1. On the main page, click the Explore Acknowledgments icon in the Quick Links section.

This displays the Explore Acknowledgments tab.

If the menu items under the More (...) button are not visible, then the More button will not display. The following properties in the node settings control the menu item visibility:

AccCtrl_AllowAdditionalFilters: "Show/Hide Additional Filters"

AccCtrl_AllowChangeOfGridLayout: "Choose Grid Layout" | "Configure"

To view the additional filters

1. Click More, and select Show/Hide Additional Filters.

This displays the additional filters as shown:

Use the search and filter options to find the desired workflows.

To perform additional tasks on acknowledgments

Only administrators have access to the right-click menu and can perform these tasks.

1. Select click the acknowledgment on which you wish to perform a task.

2. Right-click on this row, point to Tasks for Selected Instances, and select the following option:

• Re-Apply Form Values – To reapply the form values
• Change Workflow Step – To change the workflow step
• Reload ‘OnCreate’ Values – To reload the ‘OnCreate’ Values
• Housekeeping – To perform a housekeeping task
• Bulk Export – To bulk export the acknowledgments
• Auto-Advance Workflows – To auto-advance the workflows
• Send Reminder Emails – To send the reminder emails
• Delete – To delete the acknowledgment

To delete an acknowledgment

1. Right-click an acknowledgment, point to Tasks for Selected Instances, and select Delete.

This displays the following message:

2. Click Delete JD Acknowledgements.

This displays the following message:

3. Click Yes to proceed for deletion.

Only administrators have access to the right-click menu and the ability to delete employee acknowledgments.

To perform housekeeping on acknowledgments

1. Right-click an acknowledgment, point to Tasks for Selected Instances, and select Housekeeping.

This displays the following screen:

2. Select the appropriate option and perform the task.
