JDX Apps
With the rewrite of JDXApps, specifically Acknowledgements, the following properties, settings, etc. have been deprecated and/or only used in V1 installations.
Organization Settings
- Organization level settings AppCycleLabel and AppCyclesLabel. These were used to replace the words Cycle and Cycles. This can be done through Entity UI Keywords.
Master Template Settings
- On Acknowledgment Approval, the MasterTemplate property isEmpJDArchivedOnAcknowledge will no longer be evaluated when creating the Acknowledgement JD Archive.
- Previously the MasterTemplate property EmployeeAckConvertionProfileTaggedText was used to determine what template profile is used for rendering the Job Description - for Preview (view when reviewing the Acknowledgement) and on the Job Description Archive (after Acknowledgment). With the StaticUI redesign, Archive and Preview will have separate settings.
- Archive/ Export (Item #1 in Red in screenshot below): If the value set to “[Use Preview Settings]” then the Preview settings (explained below) will be used. Otherwise, the Template selected will be used in rendering the Archive version of the Job Description.
-
Preview (Items 2, 3 in Red in the screenshot below):
- Expression: if the Expression radio button is selected, then the template profile will be dynamically calculated, and used for rendering the Job Description in preview for Acknowledgements.
- Template: If the Template radio button is selected, then the then the selected template profile will used for rendering the Job Description in preview for Acknowledgements.
Business Rules
- ListOfReviewApplications is replaced with hard-coded JDXR-JA (Acknowledgement) in the Static UI Acknowledgements functionality
- JDAckCycleTaggedText is replaced with current year on employee archived job records (Cycle - UserText3). It is used in V1 to represent Cycle in the blob file’s BlobName, archive key (TextKey3) and UserText3.
Application Cycle
- IsDefault is no longer in use
- IsVisible is no longer in use
Side By Side Profile Types
-
Side-by-Side profiles/defaults in MT. In V2, we can have multiple Side By Side profiles and the client can flag one as a default in the MT. This default should be used in instead of a specific type of Side By Side Profile.
V1/SBS Defaults: In V1, multiple types of SBS profiles existed. JDX would reference these from different areas of the system where SBS was used.
V2 Single SBS Default: The V1 Default Profiles will be saved off to SBS Profiles, which will appear in the SBS Default Profile drop down. This Default will be used across the system for the default SBS view, with the exception of a few places (Matrix Explorer and Career Ladders use Node Settings for SBS Profile).
Switch to V1
The Switch to V1 option in the Settings drop down on the home page has been removed.
Release Notes under Admin Tools
The new way to access Release Notes is through the left bottom icon:
