How to Configure the Job Management Search?

To search jobs in Job Management

1. Navigate to Job Management.

2. Enter the search string in the box and click Search.

This displays the search results as shown:

By default, the search criteria include job code, title, description, job description ID, and job code override.

To add new fields to the search

1. Edit the business rules.
2. Expand the Job Description Default Settings node, and select TextSearchSQLClause.

This displays the following screen:

The search functionality is limited to bindable fields. User-defined fields are not available for search.

3. Edit the expression to include the new field.
4. Click Apply Changes.
5. Click Save and Close.
