Exporting the Archived Versions of Jobs

You can export the archived versions of all jobs on the FTP server using a remote task.

To export the archived versions of jobs

  1. Navigate to the Admin Tools and click Remote Tasks.

This displays the remote tasks from the system.

  1. Click the Manage Tasks dropdown list and select Add New Task.

  1. Enter the task name and click Add.

This displays the following screen:

  1. Enter the step name in the Step Name box.
  2. In the Step Type list, select ExportAllJobDescriptionArchives.

  1. Select the following export options:
  • Number of Job Descriptions Per Zip File
  • Job Template
  • Job Conversion Profile

This step exports all job description archives to ZIP files as an attachment to this step.

  1. In the Exported file destination section, select the following options:
  • Upload file as task result (for next steps) – To upload file as a task result for next steps
  • Upload to FTP – To upload the file to FTP by specifying the FTP settings

  1. Click the Settings icon to edit the FTP settings.

This displays the following screen:

  1. Enter the FTP details and click Save and Close.
  2. Specify the FTP directory in the FTP Directory box.

  1. Specify other criteria and click Save and Close.

This adds the task to the list

  1. Execute this remote task to export the archived versions of all jobs.
