Job Library is the subset of Job Management. You can customize the features in this tab.
To view the Job Library tab
1. On the Advanced Tools menu, click Job Library.
This displays the Job Library tab.
The workspace is divided into the following sections:
It includes the following sections:
Search and Filter Options – Displays the search, advanced search, and filter options. Also includes the show/hide active jobs toggle
Top Buttons – Displays the buttons to add a new job and perform workflow actions
More menu – Displays the configuration options
Toolbar – Displays the Import, Export, and Archive buttons. Also, More menu to configure the display grid and data management
Record Display – Displays the count of jobs displayed in the data grid and the option to set the maximum records
Job Data Grid – Displays the job list. Also contains:
Action buttons and Right-click menu
Right Pane – Displays tabs to perform additional tasks
