You can proofread jobs and building blocks only when they are in edit mode.
To proofread a job description
You can proofread a job only in the Edit mode.
The Edit toggle is turned ON.
To proofread bullet lists in a job
If a bullet list has the Edit/View toggle at the top right and it is toggled to view (checkmark), the bullet list will not be included in the proofreader's check.
