You can import the system choice lists from Excel files.

To import the system choice lists

1. In the Select Action list, select Import System Choice List.

2. Click Upload to upload the Excel file from which you wish to import the choice lists.

For further steps, refer to the article, “Importing the Ad Hoc Employee Data.”

Select the Excel file in the list.

3. Click Preview File to preview the Excel file.

4. Click x to close the file.

5. Click Run Import.

This imports the file contents in the system.
