You can import jobs from the content library in the system.
To import jobs from the content library
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. On the Import menu, click Import Jobs from the Content Library.
This displays the following screen:
3. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.

This screen contains the following sections:
- Toolbar – Contains the toolbar buttons
- Search and Filter Options – Contains the search and filter options
- Left Pane – Displays the jobs from the content library (various content sources)
- Right Pane – Displays the jobs which are to be imported into the system
- Import Button – Button to import the selected jobs in JDXpert
- Action Buttons – Action buttons to add, remove jobs from the right pane, Edit Target, View Source.
The content sources are the proprietary external libraries created by the JDXpert team.
4. Select the jobs in the left pane which you wish to import in the system.
5. Click Add To List.
This adds the selected jobs to the right pane as shown:
6. Select the jobs in the right pane which you wish to import.
7. Click Start Import.
This displays the confirmation message:
This imports jobs in the system. You can differentiate the imported jobs with the original jobs by looking at the job codes.
8. Click OK.
This displays the import log file.
9. Click Close.
This displays the following screen:
Select the jobs which you wish to remove and click Remove From List. This removes jobs from the right pane.
10. Click Close Form to close the screen.
