You can replace the keywords in the job descriptions with generic or specific words while sending the job descriptions to the crowd sourcing library. This ensures that the content sharing library does not have any organization-specific data and can be shared within the community. This feature is useful in the propriety-specific job descriptions.
To add replaceable keywords for crowd sourcing library
1. On the homepage, click the Job Management icon.
This displays the Job Management tab:
2. Click More, go to Configure, and select Crowd Source Keyword Replacement.
Only administrators and admin impersonators can configure these keywords.
This displays the following screen:
For example, you want to replace the word “HRTMS” with the word “Organization” in all job descriptions.
This screen displays the following details as shown:
The keyword “HRTMS” will be replaced with the word “Organization” when job descriptions are sent to the crowd source library.
To add new keywords
1. Click Add New.
This displays the following dialog box:
2. Enter the details as shown:
3. Click Save and Close.
This displays the following screen:
The keywords are case-sensitive, for example, “HRTMS” and “hrtms” are two different words.
3. Likewise, you can create a set of keywords to sanitize the job description content for the crowd source library.
