You can search for employees, view/preview their current and previous job descriptions.
To view the Employee Search tab
1. On the Search menu, click Employee Search.
This displays the Employee Search tab.
To search employees
Refer to the following articles:
To view an employee’s job description
1. Navigate to the Employee Search tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to display the desired employees.
3. Select the employee for which you wish to view the job description.
4. Click the icon shown in the following figure and select View Job as Employee.
This displays the View Job Description screen.
5. Click each tab to view the corresponding details.

To preview an employee’s job description
1. Navigate to the Employee Search tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to display the desired employees list.
3. Select the employee for which you wish to preview the job.
4. Click the icon shown in the following figure and select View Job as Employee.
This displays the Job Description screen.
This screen displays the print preview.

To view an employee’s current and previous jobs
1. Navigate to the Employee Search tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to display the desired employees list.
3. Select the employee for which you wish to preview the job.
4. Click the icon shown in the following figure and select View Past Jobs.
This displays the employee’s current and previous job details.
5. Click Close Form to close the screen.
