You can create a tagged text token to refer a named expression.

To create a named expression token

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Click Export, and then select Export Jobs to Excel via Profile.

This displays the Export Jobs using Custom Profile screen:

3. Select the Jobs Defined in the Export Profile option.

4. Select a profile and click Run Profile.

This runs the export process and displays the following screen:

This screen is displaying only 4 columns.

5. Click x to close the screen.

6. Click the Edit Profile of the selected profile.

This displays the Edit Export Profile screen:

7. Click Define Columns to Export.

This displays the Edit Grid Columns screen:

8. Click Insert Columns, and then select Insert using Job Description Token Wizard.

This displays the Job Description Tagged Text Token wizard.

9. Select Named Expression and click Next.

This displays the Step 2: Select Named Expression tab.

10. Select the named expression from the list.

The named expressions displayed in this tab are added from the Admin Tools tab (Data Management → Named Expressions).

12. Click Next.

This displays the Step 3: Optional Parameters tab.

14. Click Finish.

This adds the Named Expression column in the export profile.

16. Click Save and Close.

17. Click Save and Close.

18. Click the Run Profile icon in the selected profile.

This runs the profile and displays the results with the new column:

19. Click x to close the screen.

20. Click x to close the Export Jobs Using Custom Profiles screen.
