You can compare multiple job revision versions in different views and check the user edits.
To compare revision versions
1. On the Actions menu, click My Job Tasks.
This displays the My Job Tasks tab.
Jobs in the workflow can be accessed from various areas in the system. For further information, refer to the article, “Viewing Jobs in Workflows"
2. Select the job, and click Compare in the Action column.
This displays the Compare Job screen:

a. Select the job, and click View/Edit icon in the Action column.
This displays the View Revision Copy of Job Description screen:
b. Click the following icon from the Workflow ribbon.
This displays the Compare Jobs screen:
This screen includes the following elements:
- Primary and Secondary Job Lists – Contains the lists to select primary and secondary job revisions for comparison
- Toolbar – Contains buttons (Merged Changes, Side-By-Side views)

Tabs and Building Blocks – Contains the tabs and building blocks of the job
- Red strikeout text – Deleted content
- Green text – Added content
- Tab Pages – Contains the contents of the selected tab
- More menu – Contains buttons (Export to Word, Export to Excel)
3. Click Side-By-Side to compare jobs in a side-by-side view.
4. Click the tab for which you wish to view the revision details.
This displays the revision details as shown in the following figure:
4. Click an element to view its edit details.
This displays the following details:
- Element Name – Element name
- Employee Name – Name of the employee who has performed the edits
- Date of Update – Date and time of the edit
- Old Value – Old content
- New Value – New content
5. Click x to close the screen.
