You can configure the features in the My Jobs tab. This configuration includes caption, color, style settings, enable/disable functionalities, Action column, and so on.
To configure the “My Jobs” tab
1. Navigate to the main page of the application.
2. Right-click the My Jobs icon in the Quick Links section, and select Edit Node.
This displays the Edit Tree Structure screen of the selected node:
3. Click the All Properties tab.
This screen displays the configurable properties of the node:
For further information on configuring nodes, refer to the article, “Configuring the "My Employees" Node."
4. Set the properties in the Manager View Job Descriptions section in the All Properties tab.
5. Click the ExportSettings property to expand it.

6. Click Save and Close.
This closes the screen and applies the updated properties in the My Jobs tab.
To configure the “Action” column
You can configure the following icons in the Action column of the My Jobs tab:
- Employees
- Set as Favorite
To turn off the “Employees” icon
1. Set the ShowEmployeesButton property to False in the node tree.
2. Click Save and Close.
3. Open the My Jobs tab.
This displays the following screen:
To turn off the “Set as Favorite” icon
1. Set the ShowMyFavorites property to False in the node tree.
2. Click Save and Close.
3. Open the My Jobs tab.
This displays the following screen:
Clear the system cache if changes are not reflected in the Action column.
